Step 4 Remove any existing High Availability configuration from your primary and secondary Prime Infrastructure servers. You can do this using either of the following options:

• Launch Prime Infrastructure, choose Administration > High Availability > HA Configuration , and click Remove .
• Go to admin console and run the ncs ha remove command.

Step 5 Download the PI-Upgrade-3.0.0.0.78.tar.gz.zip archive file from Cisco.com and verify the archive’s integrity using the checksum listed for it on Cisco.com.

Step 6 Extract the upgrade file,

5-show repo FTP

PIServer/admin# show repository repositoryName
 where repositoryName is the repository on which you want to store the backup.
Step 3 Back up the application:
 PIServer/admin# backup filename repository repositoryName application NCS

6-backup PI-Backup repo FTP application NCS( geri backupdan dönmek için restore PI-Backup.tar.gpg repo FTP)

7-copy ftp://172.16.1.100/PI-Upgrade-3.0.0.0.78.tar.gz disk:/defaultRepo

8-ncs stop

9- application upgrade PI-Upgrade-3.0.0.0.78.tar.gz defaultRepo

10-show version

11-ncs start

Download the Prime 2.0 patch

Extract the .UBF file from the zipped archive

and save it to your desktop for example

Login to your Prime Server as the root user

Go to Administration> Software Update

Upload Update File

Select the Option to Upload Update File

Install Software updates

Once the Update file has been loaded, you'll need to select it with a Check Box then click Install button

Restart NCS

You'll see below a Restart of NCS is required

Stop NCS services

Start NCS services
